ALTUM Telescopic Pole Modules

One of ALTUM’s key advantages is modularity: operators can quickly swap payloads on the same pole for specific NDT and visual inspections.

  • Visual: 64 MP gimbal camera with LED lighting for high-resolution surveys, weld integrity checks, and coating inspections on cranes, bridges and ships. Visual projects

  • UTM Ultra-Light: Lightweight ultrasonic thickness module for standard steel/stainless readings, with couplant feeder and standard probes (e.g., 5 MHz DA301). Ultra light projects

  • UTM with Grinder (Crawler): Adds an integrated grinder to prepare rough or heavily coated surfaces before thickness measurement; functions as a small wall crawler. Grinder projects

  • EMAT: Couplant-free ultrasonic thickness readings through paint and coatings by generating ultrasound within the metal. EMAT projects

  • B-Scan: Produces cross-sectional profiles for continuous corrosion mapping and detailed detection of localized thinning.
